Situated in the heart of the Cornish countryside,
mid way between Camelford
and Bude, just 3 miles back from the magnificent North Coast,
Old
Newham Farm is ideally situated for a laid back, "get away from
it all" holiday.
Often, in the still of the evening, the loudest sound to be
heard is our cattle chewing grass or the murmering of the river in
the distance.
Other than the neighbouring Lower Newham Farm, the nearest building, in any direction, is at least ½ mile away.
Yet it is quick and easy to drive to all of North
Cornwall.
The top of our ½ mile lane joins the A39 "Atlantic
Highway" which gets you to either Camelford (8 miles) or Bude(10
miles) in about 15 minutes for supermarket shopping.
Wainhouse
Corner is about 1½ miles for "village" shopping. Boscastle (5 miles) is also about 15 minutes away as
are several different beaches,
and most of the rest of Cornwall can
be reached in not much more than an hour.
